Wednesday evening Victoria slipped on a few stairs and wiped out. Dan called an ambulance, X-rays, baby monitoring, waiting and waiting. Results: Broken right tibia and fibula. Surgery was the best course of action which was completed Thursday and she’s been in recovery since while they also monitor the baby. Please understand emails and DMs may be delayed but we will get back to you!

We’ve shared that the Baraat is one of our favorite moments of a wedding day, but what actually is a baraat???

This lively parade is the groom’s procession to the wedding ceremony commonly on a white horse, car, or if in India on an elephant. The modern day Baraat is based off an old tradition symbolizing what used to be a 5-7 day travel for the groom to his bride to start the wedding. There is always music, dancing, and lots of celebrating!

3 years ago today we announced our company, Wedding Whisperer. Earlier this year we announced our rebrand to DVS Events. And now, on our 3 year company anniversary we get to make yet another announcement; we are expanding! But not quite the way you think…..Dan and I are pregnant! Our kids are so excited and we of course are too for Baby Schultz #4!
