I was given an opportunity to create a design representing mental health. I chose to depict two sides of my brain- one that is infected with Lyme Disease, and the other representing a healthy mind.

Lyme disease is still a wildly misunderstood disease. So many people get misdiagnosed or ignored. It is emotionally draining going to different doctors trying to find an answer for what is making you so sick. Luckily, there are people out there willing to help and support you in anyway they can. I am fortunate to have found some incredible practitioners to help me get back my life that Lyme took away from me.
