have you ever heard of a mono-floral bouquet? obviously I am a huge fan! Here’s the reasons why I did them and LOVED them…

1. Sentimentality- my bridesmaids each held one of my favorite flowers in their bouquet, and each of those flowers made up my bouquet!

2. Focus- I loved how these bouquets drew so much focus on each unique flower. Sometimes the little flowers can get hidden in the chaos of a bouquet, but this allows them to shine just as they are!

3. Simplicity- I loved the contrast between my bouquet which was a garden of florals everywhere and the simplicity of these bouquets. Contrast is so important when designing!

4. Bonus Points: Easy! - because I did my own florals for my wedding, these bouquets were so easy for me to build in comparison to traditional bouquets. I didn’t have to think too hard about where the flowers went where, just about what shape I wanted. This was HUGE bonus as we did these all two days before my wedding and wanted it to be as stress free and fun as possible… and it was! These bouquets would be great for any DIY bride too ;)

Would you ever hop on the mono-floral bouquet train??? It’s not for everyone but it was definitely for me 🥰

the bouquet of my dreams- literally!! I got to watch my floral visions come to life by doing my own wedding florals with so much help from family and friends… more pictures to come 👰🏻‍♀️💍

A little behind the scenes of making this bouquet, I just wanted to add more and more flowers to it but I had to stop because it was so big!! It was so hard to stop cause I was just having to much fun building it.

Special shout-out for for being florists for the day and helping create the wedding of my dreams 🥹
