First things first, I am honored to be featured in Voyage Savannah!

This article is perfect timing, as The Sweetest Love Co will be officially becoming a year old!
I always had a love for planning and decorating. But never did I think I would turn it into a business.
The Sweetest Love has brought romance to backyards, beaches, and the bedroom 😉
The Sweetest Love worked with amazing clients.
This year, we overcame many things like many new business owners.
I overworked myself. I allowed venues to use some of my work to post on their social media without a tag. I worked to the bones for celebrities and did not receive the credit due to contract issues.
But I did not allow that to take away my joy, only used it as a lesson learned!
A few things I took away from this year:
✅Get everything in writing!
✅Allow the clients to come to me.
✅Just because I am not active on social media does not mean I am not in real life.
I had to stop stressing the what’s not being seen and continue to show up and show out in person for my clients!
I am so proud of this baby that I birthed emotionally.
Thank you to my family and friends for supporting me.
Thank you to all of my clients who trusted me with their precious milestone moments.
Thank you to my child that loves me unconditionally through the long days/nights. His love and understanding amaze me.

9/11 catastrophically affected us all. Life was never the same for many of us and our loved ones. I hold dear the memories of being in class when the news broke. Our principal walked in and spoke to my teacher at the time. He instantly broke down, said something horrible had occurred, and our parents will explain and pick us up. I remember we were all lost and confused. I didn't fathom at my age what took place until we arrived home and watched the news. Being so young and trying to absorb the trauma we all witnessed took a toll on many of us.
So today, with a heavy heart, I would like to send you all love and light. We will never forget, but we always
