How you start your day will define your day. Here’s a 10 minute full body movement designed to have you greet the new day with an open mind and heart. Save this video to try when you wake up.
To get the most out of each pose, we are starting with some body warm ups and then a sequence of sun salutation A. Most importantly, pay attention to your breathing and do every action with a sincere focus and gentle spirit. Your body is the way you experience the world, it registers every emotion and it works hard for you every day. Be kind to it, pay attention to it and feed it with conscious breathes.
