Similarly to many fellow flower farmers, we have many lives to look after along with our involvement in and local charities. To work efficiently, we divide and conquer so never manage to take any instagrammy photo of us together🥹. But this frosty morning we dragged our camera gear outside to rise up to the challenge literally!

You might think how peaceful it would be just two of us among the flowers! But actually deep down it is full of drama! Remember We didn’t know each other before we started and we quickly realised we couldn’t be more different 😅:

One likes to plan ahead, the other is more spontaneous;
one loves warm color tones, the other prefers soft and subdued;
one is a little shy, the other is always bubbly:
One needs chaos to feel the energy of life, the other demands peace and quiet to work.

You might think OMG😳 ! But actually these differences make us such a good team. They bring different perspectives to everything we do and we climb the steep learning curve much faster together.

What unites us is our love of flowers - of growing, arranging and creating with them to make everyone around us a little happier 🌺♥️💐♥️🌻♥️🌱

We met at a local tennis club and we instantly clicked. Only three weeks and about a thousand WhatsApp messages later we set our company up.

The original idea was to beautify unused community land such as unloved borders around tennis courts at , which remains one of our growing and selling locations.

Eventually we decided to become a flower farm and floristry business to make the flowers pay for themselves.

It was a bold move given we barely knew each other - bit like deciding to have a baby on the first date!

But we survived, thrived and became alive in each other’s dream 🌸🌺🌷🌻🌹💐

A touch of tropical in its simplest form for 🎄. You might wonder who grows bird of paradise flower in this weather and in this part of England?! Well we do 🙈 - British eccentricity in full swing 💃. This was created today in such spontaneity for my client. We absolutely inspired each other. The Stralitzia flower and leaves was cut fresh this morning except the up-cycled dried fruit twig. Sometimes the simplest is the best ❤️

Xmas decorations! These are created for an artistic client with impeccable tastes. We were given a bag of used foam and wool bricks which we up-cycled. There was no brief - just something organic, understated with gold and red colours. Two mantle pieces, one candle hug and one Xmas harvest bowl which filled with dried lavender flowers. Mostly dried flowers and fruits and foliages, we added fresh foliages foraged on the farm. The scent is absolutely unbelievable 💝. I hope you love them too 🌸❤️. If you would like to commission an event flowers please do get in touch🙏.

Everlasting wreath 🌸 by CFF☺️. Being the prototype, we spent a good deal of time to make sure everything is perfect. We used dried materials from the farm supplemented with some British grown foliages. The base is a handmade willow ring. Everything is compostable although we would expect this to last a good deal. It is so light weight and airy yet stiff that it can technically hang from anything yet remain its form. We loved working with dried materials. More fun floral creations to follow. Stay tuned 😘
