It’s Wedding Week! One of the best things you can do for your coordinator is to keep things organized. As you box up items for the day of, write out a list for each box or tub. This will ensure the coordinator has a list to check off and ensure no personal items are left behind. Most importantly try not to stress and breathe!

Got to work with one of my favorite photographers Jennifer Foreman in north Texas and experience this beautiful event! Of course at Towering Oaks! Best part was finding out the grooms motherJanine Garcia had been my one of my nurses during a difficult time in my pregnancy. This will always be a special and memorable event. Congratulations to the Garcias! Thank you for letting me be a part of it🥰

Last night was dreamy! The way Marina and Andrew looked at each other all night bursting with joy and love is what makes my nights special. It was such an honor to coordinate this wedding at my favorite venue Towering Oaks with Tye and Emily running the show. I finally got to work with a photographer I admire Jennifer Foreman out of Gainesville, DJ Scott with DJ Connection and with the save with the catering Extreme Cuisine Catering. It was a beautiful evening full of love! Thank you to all!

Consuelo Rios and Daniel Rios I’ve been waiting to post this for a hot minute! Thank you for trusting me with such a special day!

My FIRST BOOKED BRIDE…ok couple😍 Consuelo and Daniel were the first couple to say Yes to me when I started Bella’s just last year. I know Consuelo only said yes because of a long history of love and trust between us. But truth be told we haven’t stayed super close over the two decades we’ve known each other. She was actually my sisters bff in high school. Fun fact I was jealous of their relationship. 🤣 And now so grateful they had it. For this I am eternally grateful.

Giving the keys to your very very special day is incredibly hard and you shouldn’t take that lightly. But Consuelo knew my heart, knew my passion and experience which gave her the confidence and trust to let me take care of all the things on her wedding day.

It doesn’t always go perfectly. Weddings are a snapshot to your future. You can involve your family in the planning or not. You can make it traditional or not. But when the day comes its what you do with what you got that counts. Can you make it through the moments that didn’t come out as perfect as you had dreamed up? Can you still get lost in their eyes even when things don’t seem to be going the way they should? Can you overlook the little things and make last minute adjustments to keep on moving?

Weddings for me will always be the ultimate opportunity to see hope in action. It’s seeing a group of people get together to wish their loved ones the best for their future. When you see generations come together and see what they have created continuing to create. It’s seeing that life can still be happy even when it’s just so damn tough. It’s a quick moment. As some have said “the fastest day of their life!” For me, it’s a sweet reminder of a life worth living and love worth finding.

With Towering Oaks, Dj Trino in Texas, VIB MEDIA, Officiant Jayson and my handy bartender/assistant/partner in all things Taylor Lane by my side we laughed, danced and cried into the night. Thank you to this awesome team of people that helped me bring a dream into reality!

It has been a beautiful season of love! It has also been an eye opener to a lot of Wedding Industry truths. This is the FIRST wedding season I have had to answer " Do you ALLOW same-sex ceremonies?" Yep I'm home! For a little while longer anyway😁 It's mid-October, downhil of the busiest month of the year for in . And I might be biased, but wow, what a fun month it's been. The best part is sharing it with passionate people like myself that have 1 common goal; To Deliver Dreams. is home for me now and it's been the best October! I cannot thank these beautiful hoomans enough for being the rock star team that they are! From birthday parties, changes forced by weather to witnessing events in people's lives, you'd think we'd been doing this a long time together. Truth is we haven't which makes it that much better.
