Die Wettkampfvorbereitung ist im vollen Gange! Hier kommen ein paar Infos zum Wettkampfablauf, den Disziplinen und den Regeln!

Reihenfolge:

FRAUEN
1. SIT-UPS (jede Wiederholung zählt)
2. PLANKS (jede Sekunde zählt)
3. TRAKTORREIFENHEBEN (kleiner Reifen)

Pokale und Preise
1. Platz 100 €
2. Platz 50 €
3. Platz 30 €

MÄNNER
1. BANKDRÜCKEN 40 KG (durchgestreckt und auf Brustkorb abgesetzt, 1x5 Sekunden Pause)
2. TRAKTORREIFENHEBEN (jede Wiederholung zählt)
3. BEUGESTÜTZ (rechter Winkel Oberarm/Unterarm, 1x5 Sekunden Pause)

Pokale und Preise
1. Platz 100 €
2. Platz 50 €
3. Platz 30 €

Tim Budesheim und Nils Biermordt sind die Schiedsrichter, geben Tipps, überreichen die Pokale und die Preise bei der Siegerehrung!
