✔ A refundable damage deposit of Php 1,000.00 is required upon arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check out. Your deposit will be refunded in full cash , subject to an inspection of the property.

Protocols in the Subdivision.

❗Upon check into your Villa you are requested to leave your shoes outside or put them in the shoes area for healthy safety.
❗We have a bloototh karaoke, but please turn of at 10 pm for the reason that our villa is in a residentail subdivision.
❗Swimming is until 10 pm.
❗Please handle all furniture and things with care, if the furniture or plates, glass, utensils etc. will be lost or broken, the guest should pay for the broken or lost things in the house while they use the property.
❗Don't throw food, ci******es etc in the pool, (we will charge for it if it happens.)
❗No running, pushing, wrestling or rough play or any boisterous activity in the pool area, tiles are slippery when wet extra care is very important to avoid accidents.
❗Loud music is not allowed beyond 10pm, T.V set, voices or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times to avoid disruption from another nieghbors.
❗No breakable containers or glass allowed beside the pool area.
❗Pets are not allowed.
❗Smoke outside the house or in the smoking area.
