A fantastic weekend serving top class BBQ. Cooked on our wood pellet fired Yoder grill 🔥🔥🔥and slow cooked in our charcoal ovens the flavours are truly outstanding. (Don’t believe me ? Ask any of our guests) 😉 cooking our amazing steak burgers , jumbo butchers best sausages , chicken skewers , chicken thighs, pork belly, pulled pork and not forgetting our fantastic grilled halloumi 👌🏻.

Thanks to my customers and your guests for complementing throughout the weekend. (It really helps drive the team) as we did 3 party’s in 3 days 300 guests served and if I don’t say so myself “we absolutely smashed it out the park”

This week we are at our residence Edenwood feeding our friends at Feel Good Fridays event night.

And Sunday we are standing tall alongside our fellow friends and suppliers at the wedding and event show at Edenwood.

we are a catering company that specializes in BBQ and smoked meats. we are based at Edenwood Bluebell hill Medway and grown a following and client list serving Hot buffet style service, straight from the grill and up to 500 people.

we can be off grid ,on grid but no shelter or in the middle of a fishing lake on a boat if required we cook direct from charcoal fired grills and in smoker ovens, we serve hot and cold sides,
