It's been a wild adventure, definitely in the top few. Our professors pushed us to our limits in a variety of ways, through numerous unexpected and wacky situations. However, it was fun, I guess? Kidding aside, the class managed to perform their best to surpass the mountains of stress and academic anxiety.

I hope the best for each of you because you deserve it. Good luck on our internship. I pray that we, as a group, thrive and achieve the greatness to which we are entitled.

We are 4th year students of the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, M.H. Del Pilar Campus, and are currently researching "Service Recovery Through Crisis Response Strategies on the Case of Restaurant Industry." This study aims to investigate the analysis of restaurant service recovery through crisis response strategies of intergenerational consumers from Generation Z, Millennials, and Generation X.

We are looking for respondents who are:
โœ… 18-57 years old;
โœ… A customer who had a poor service experience at a restaurant; and
โœ… currently living in the Eastern Manila District (2nd District) - Mandaluyong, Marikina, Pasig, Quezon City, and San Juan.
