It's been a wild adventure, definitely in the top few. Our professors pushed us to our limits in a variety of ways, through numerous unexpected and wacky situations. However, it was fun, I guess? Kidding aside, the class managed to perform their best to surpass the mountains of stress and academic anxiety.

I hope the best for each of you because you deserve it. Good luck on our internship. I pray that we, as a group, thrive and achieve the greatness to which we are entitled.

We are 4th year students of the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, M.H. Del Pilar Campus, and are currently researching "Service Recovery Through Crisis Response Strategies on the Case of Restaurant Industry." This study aims to investigate the analysis of restaurant service recovery through crisis response strategies of intergenerational consumers from Generation Z, Millennials, and Generation X.

We are looking for respondents who are:
โœ… 18-57 years old;
โœ… A customer who had a poor service experience at a restaurant; and
โœ… currently living in the Eastern Manila District (2nd District) - Mandaluyong, Marikina, Pasig, Quezon City, and San Juan.

And I Banyuhay Events decided to take part in continuing this initiative, that will help inform, engage, mobilize, and work toward social, economic, and environmentally conscious well-being.

For this year, the Banyuhay Events proudly present โ€œKaisa Sa Mesaโ€ a virtual event with the theme โ€œPot-to-Table'', which will work on pushing Responsible Production and Consumption which aims to produce more with less environmental impact and dissociate environmental degradation from human consumption.

Advocating for spreading awareness and educating people regarding sustainable practices as a way of conserving and preserving our environment, who would have thought that we are composed of six environmental proponents and just like what the world needs, we have come together as one.

In our aim for โ€œBagong Anyo ng Buhayโ€, we promote various sustainable sub-advocacies led by the 3rd year Hospitality Management students of Polytechnic University of the Philippines, each grasping on diverse aspects and ecological aspirations leading to a one main objective, SUSTAINABILITY:
- 1SANG DIWA advocates for a future with viable and sustainable dining practices implemented among businesses and consumers alike.
- ENVIRONMATES brings awareness of a greener and sustainable environment in the lifestyle of recycling, dedication, and accountability of the community.
- ENVISION3D is leading the way in advocating revolutionizing cooking through seasonal ingredients as a point of change.
- S.A.V.E promotes effective energy and water conservation from the comfort of our home to the hospitality industry.
