🌿🍽️👰🏼‍♀️FLINT HALL WEDDING FAIR 👰🏼‍♀️🍽️🌿

Finally sharing some photos from this special day. We were so grateful to be able to work with such lovely people and meet some lovely Suffolk businesses too!

For the day we created 4 different tablescape set ups so that people had a variation of tables to look at and get ideas for their special day. We also helped decorate / set up the day before so that people could see the potential this gorgeous venue has and with a range of options from getting married on site, outside or undercover. It’s the perfect set up for your wedding with more to come / in the works too 👷🏼‍♀️🔨💍💒

We thought it was about time we shared some images of this alfresco dining tablescape using the wonderful products from their Metallic Mix up range. It comes in 3 different colours gold, silver and rose gold so whether it’s disco, summer vibes or a girlie party it can be worked to any occasion. We’ve paired the gold with greens for the summer and pretty neutrals / soft florals keeping it light and fresh for a mature dinner party but this collection really can be worked to anyone’s colour / taste💚

We’re so proud of finally share some photos taken by 1 out of 7 of the photographers who were there on the day. This photography is by the incredible who has really captured the day so well and so beautifully 🩷

There were so many suppliers involved which I will now list below and if you’re local to Suffolk and planning your wedding please consider these talented human beings who worked so hard to create such an incredible styled shoot! This really was a team effort so please consider the time that went into each persons craft and drop them a follow too. A moment for this red christmas tablescape🧣🌲🎅🏻🍷🎄❤️

Red is not a colour we usually work with but when Christmas calls, red is a must 🦌❤️🌲

If you’re like us and not a massive fan of red try by adding small doses of the colour such as candles, napkin rings or flowers ❤️

2023 💫 Looking back at this year is so special to see how far we have come and all that we have achieved this year. It might seem small to most but to us it is massive and to watch our small company grow and grow is so exciting! Even though it’s easy to have so much self doubt about what you do and wonder why your content isn’t getting seen or getting the reaction that you’d hoped it’s important to realise that none of that matters and it’s about the passion ultimately it’s about how you feel about your content and the hard work that’s gone into it. We have worked so hard this year to produce content that we are super proud of! We were truly saddened by the news of Michael Gambons passing today and wanted to share this reel from last year 🖤 Here at Down to a T Harry Potter was a big part of our childhood growing up and remains to this day to be something we watch over and over again. It will genuinely never get old which is why we attempted to recreate the hogwarts tablescape around this time last year🪄 🍽️🖤🧙‍♂️ We were planning on reposting our Harry Potter tablescape next month but today just feels like the right time to pay tribute to Michael and pay tribute to his incredible portrayal of Albus Dumbledore, all of the other wonderful characters he has played over his many years of acting and the amazing one liners / phrases that JK Rowling wrote for his character. I’m sure that wherever he is now if it’s even half as magical as Hogwarts then he’ll be cheersing with a butter beer and munching on a chocolate frog. ALICE & GREG 🌻⛺️🌲💍👰🏼‍♀️💛 Still not over this aisle and this magical day! Just look at all the gorgeous DIY decor that was made specially for the wedding! What I love most about DIY is that it is so personable to the couple. There were friends who made signs and family members spending weeks on ends making and creating things in between their jobs and busy lives in order to get things prepped! The father of the bride in particular who made light up letters, arches and light up photo frames! They looked absolutely fab and how lovely to watch your day unfold knowing things were made with so much love, time and effort💚 The bridesmaid bouquets and flowers were made by the bridesmaids themselves! Programmes and signage by the lovely @_eviedoesit who is also the brides sister and maid of honour👰🏼‍♀️💚 Aside from a load of party stock, even Down to a T contributed to the DIY creations. We created these floating flowers using fishing line from faux stems we thought we had no use for and boy did they work a treat, makes all the hours spent tying them together worth it just to see them dance in the breeze and look pretty on the day 🌻💛 Every family member going really was on board for the set up and created some beautiful DIY pieces!
