“Justin and I first met at a cookout hanging out with friends right here in Goldsboro, NC and had no idea the impact we would have on each other’s lives. It wouldn’t be until college in 2020 that we would reunite to go on a date as a suggestion from one of our good friends. We went on a date at the movies and went to dinner and we ended up talking for 13 hours! We have kept that same spark, curiosity, and love throughout the entirety of our relationship and can truly say we are meant to be. I am happy to say that we got engaged May 18, 2024 after I moved to Dayton, Ohio to be with Justin(thank you Air Force) and we are so excited to go back to our roots and get married at The Lewis Atkinson House!”

When he came home and we met in person for the first time we both knew this was it. Being long distance for a big part of our relationship grew us as a couple in the most intimate way. He proposed in Cape Charles, Virginia and it was perfect. We cannot wait to celebrate our wedding in November of 2025!!”
