Joel & Alex..... Where do I begin?

have had the absolute pleasure of growing up with Joel and his siblings as bonus cousins. Our parents all grew up together and so did we. Joel brought Alex into the crew and it felt like he had been here that whole time too. This was a special one for Dark Pollen and I cannot thank Joel & Alex enough for trusting me with their special day.

Fun fact: the photos were done by another lifelong member of the crew, vanhallawild it was a special day. 🥰❤️🪩

Hi, hello, howdy, hey! I’m Emily and you’ve stumbled upon my lil floral biz, Dark Pollen.

I am a floral designer focussing on weddings and all of life’s many events! I absolutely love flowers, foliage and all the colours and textures that they come in, the funkier the better! Whether you like bright colours or neutrals I strive to create unique and whimsical designs to fit your day! Shoot me an email, I can’t wait to work with you! 🌸

In my spare time I love being outside in nature at my cottage and with my two dogs, Austin and Nell. You will see lots of them here so get ready for their chaos 🐾 I snowboard in the winter and enjoy live concerts 🎸 My favourite bands include, Led Zeppelin, PUP, and The Beaches. When I’m not doing all of that I’m at home gardening or watching anime, true crime docs or Spongebob Squarepants. 🤓🤪
