Busy weekend for Ridgeview BBQ! Smoked a Brisket, 3 Racks of Ribs and Baked Beans for a Graduation Party. Smoked another brisket for a great friend. And to finish the weekend with Pulled Pork, Burnt Ends and Baked Beans to our Annual Trip to Bowling Green, KY for the Buick Nationals. Looking forward to a great week with great friends!

Another Christmas Party today. Thanks to Kevin Horse-Savage and Skyline Excavating & Tree Service, LLC for allowing me to prepare the food for your Christmas Party. The menu was brisket, chicken, baked beans, mac & cheese and scalloped potatoes.

Two Christmas Parties completed in the last week. Thanks to Timbercat Enterprises, LLC and Engineering/Grounds/Field Club Teams at Nemacolin for allowing me to prepare the food for their Christmas Parties! Timbercat Enterprises, LLC had brisket, chicken, baked beans, mac & cheese and scalloped potatoes. The Engineering/Grounds/Field Club Teams at Nemacolin had prime rib roasts, turkey breasts, ham and baked beans.
