Best part was plating desserts! I felt so good after plating this!!
This is a smores deconstructed. It has a marshmallow meringue that has been smoked (with a smoke gun) and torched. And a cinnamon Graham cracker crumb that was also smoked. And a chocolate sauce! And Made it!!
Im very proud of this dish. 🎉

Event Is Done! Although i did not cook all the dishes, I plated everything except for the Pasta dish.

1st course: beetroot meringue filled with lemon curd.

2nd course: Truffle filled pancake ball

3rd course: Carrot Soup with a grilled cheese
-
4th course: Foie Gras with apple and cherry sauce
-
5th course: Pasta with quail egg
-
6th course: (not pictured) Mushroom Risotto
-
7th course: Chicken and Rice with soy gelée and ginger sauce
-
8th course: Boar stew and Polenta with mushroom
-
9th course: chocolate mousse, Bananas foster, vanilla ice cream (from left to right)

10th (final) Course: Smoked Marshmallow meringue and graham cracker crumb with chocolate sauce.

I am so happy I got this opportunity to work for such a great chef and family. I have learned so much! He gave me a lot of space and opportunity to experiment and learn by doing. He trusted me making the desserts on my own and plating it how I wanted to!

and im proud to say The last dessert was fully me! I made all the components and design the plate! (smores)

So I have many thank for for giving me this opportunity to learn and serve! Cant wait for the next one!

Thank you all for continuing to support me when ive been out! My surgery went well and I am healing well! I will still be recovering until the end of this year! but I have some exciting new things coming up in the new year! I feel it will be a great one!
