LOOKING FOR US TO DO THE COOKING?

White Wine & Butter is ready to do the heavy lifting this thanksgiving! If you’re new to having the holidays catered, here’s some answers to our most frequently asked questions 👇🏾

CAN I HAVE MY TURKEY PRECARVED?
• whole turkeys will be sold un carved, turkey breast is sold sliced.

HOW MANY DOES (fill in menu item) SERVE ?
• suggested serving amounts are detailed next to each menu item.

** This is referring to the average adult and doesn’t include your picky niece Isabel that will only eat 2 lbs of mashed potatoes for dinner or your carnivore uncle Bob who needs to be supervised around the prime rib 😂 You know your family better than we do.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO WHERE I’LL BE THIS YEAR?
• we can not ship holiday meals.

I FORGOT TO PICK MY ORDER UP ON THANKSGIVING
• any undelivered meals will be donated on Friday November 29th if we haven’t been contacted by you via email by Friday at noon.

I PLACED AN ORDER - HOW DO I PAY ?
• You will receive an invoice by email within TWO BUSINESS DAYS - for your order. Please do not reach out unless it’s been longer than two business days.

WHATS THE LAST DAY TO PLACE AN ORDER?
• We sell out every year before any imposed sell out date, so placing your order early is the only way to guarantee you’ll be able to enjoy one of our catered holiday meals.
In the event we haven’t sold out prior to midnight on November 20th, that will be the last chance to place an order, this form will be archived and no longer accessible.

Chef Michael Sibert & White Wine and Butter are excited to announce the addition of Chef Jimmy Norris to our team!

As our business has grown exponentially this year, we needed a chef that could match the quality standard that Chef Sibert set, and someone who could lead our Catering Division so that Chef Sibert could focus on the opening of the new Greer Golf location.

Chef Jimmy Norris comes to us from the longtime Greenville staple, Southern Culture Kitchen, where he created amazing dishes for guests as the executive chef.

We hope everyone will join us in welcoming Chef Norris to the 🧈

White Wine & Butter will have a new home, that will welcome the public to dine at Greer Golf this fall

Y’all have questions so we’re going to answer them ⛳️

What is the opening date?
While we don’t have an exact date yet, we are working hard to get the clubhouse and cabana at Greer Golf up and running with early fall as our target.

Can we book it as a wedding venue?
Absolutely! To discuss booking future events at Greer Golf, please reach out to our catering team at [email protected]

Will you have food to take on the links?
Yes! We will offer a quick service golf course menu from the cabana as well as a full service menu inside the clubhouse. We will be there to feed you before, after & during your golf game (and even if you’ve never touched a golf club)

Do you need a membership to eat there?
Nope!
The Greer Golf Course clubhouse is open to the public and membership will not be required to dine with us or to utilize the event space.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back this fall to the new White Wine & Butter - now with a full service bar !!

We are thrilled to announce our upcoming relocation to the Greer Golf Clubhouse !!

This new location will allow us to create a beautiful and inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy our delicious food and crafted cocktails.

The clubhouse at Greer Golf is open to the public and we can’t wait to start taking reservations closer to the opening date, once that is announced this fall.
