Can you still remember that day life really knocked you down. This time was heavier, harder, more intens. You went trough some different alarming life events before but this time it got to you. You realized I’m down. Broken, hurt, alone, ashamed 🥀

If you can remember this you might also remember the decision you had to make to rise up again. You had to dust yourself of and try again. And somehow you did it. You looked yourself in the eye and said no matter how long it takes I am going to show up for myself every day. In little ways. On my own terms until I’m me again. A new me. 👊🏾

And you did, every day a little step, a moment, a decision. Every day you woke up and tackled the day. Some days were hard, and some days were a little less hard. And you noticed a transformation. ♻️

And you decided to let go.
Let go of fear
People pleasing
Old habits
Unsafe relationships
Toxic happiness
Striving
Guilt&shame

Something beautiful happened. There was room for love. You were able to rise again.

And that’s why you are a SHERO.🌻
A woman that even though life hit her down, even though she might have been down for a while, at some point made the decision to find her way to shine🧡💫

But our Lord and Saviour he Loves you even more he loves the world so much that he gave his only son that whoever believes will not perish but will have eternal life 💗💗🙏🏽 this is real love people.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Today we took the time to walk and smell the roses! As we look around us fall is so beautiful. I admire this season so much and it was great to be out in the parc with the girls. They loved it too. It is important to take good care of ourselves and satherday is the perfect day to be walking in nature. It is a great way to take care of your mental health. God made this world beautiful.
