And meet Dolly, our 1961 Westcoaster Mailster we are turning into the most adorably sophisticated tap party on wheels. We’ve been quietly working on our little three wheeled tap truck and thought we’d pop in to say get ready cause here we come! We can’t wait to be part of your upcoming special events!

We worked on her with all our heart ❤️ and now it's time to turn Dolly over to spend some time with Sam, our Westcoaster mechanic extraordinaire, to rebuild her engine. Sam has a 3 wheeler like Dolly that he named Johnny Cash. I hope Dolly and Johnny Cash behave 😉😂🤣🤦‍♀️

It's Cinco de Mayo! Take those limes and make margarita!

Did you know Golden Bubbles + Brews can keg your favorite cocktails to enjoy on tap?

One of our favorite recipes is from our friends Perfectly Cordial

A tropical twist on the classic margarita. The addition of Caramelized Pineapple heightens the natural agave sweetness of tequila. Perfectly Cordial Caramelized Pineapple Coconut water makes this so easy. This cocktail is actually great year round, but especially in heat of the summer. Cool down with this today!

INGREDIENTS

Pineapple Twist Margarita
🍍

1.5 Oz Altos Tequila5 Oz Cointreau
1.5 Oz Perfectly Cordial Caramelized Pineapple & Coconut Water75 Oz Fresh Lime Juice
Splash of Soda
🍍

To serve:

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled half way with ice. Shake well and strain into glass. Add splash of soda.

Glass: Margarita glass or Rock’s glass

Garnish: Lime slice or wedge

The Paloma, our favorite grapefruit cocktail!

Cousin to the margarita, the Paloma is a traditionally Mexican cocktail featuring tequila and fizzy grapefruit.

At Golden Bubbles + Brews we mix the subtle sweetness from the grapefruit juice, tartness from the lime juice, infused syrups and bespoke garnishes to create a well-balanced kegged cocktail. Refreshingly perfect for anytime!

Ingredients:
tequila
fresh pink grapefruit juice
lime juice
simple syrup
club soda
rosemary and grapefruit to garnish

Bring all the flavors together in a rimmed glass of coarse salt and pink sugar garnished with the spice of rosemary and vibrant slice of pink grapefruit. Cheers!

Tequila is used traditionally but gin or vodka are also great compliments

GB+B Tip: Spice up your Paloma with Chili-infused simple syrup
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup water
1 chili, thinly sliced
