From all of us here at akire productions we wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving! I hope your day is filled with joy and gratitude.
This year, we had the pleasure of crafting a one-of-a-kind experience for the annual One Clune Celebration! We began with a collaborative session to dive into Clune Construction's vision and event goals, ensuring every detail was covered. It takes a village to execute an event of this magnitude, and we're so grateful to our partner vendors who contributed to the vision and production for the event. In the end, we were able to create an experience that brought together employees from all seven offices in a celebration of unity and appreciation.
This was an unforgettable celebration with thrilling announcementsâpromotions, raffles, and so much more! We transformed the space with a unique theme, setting the stage for an incredible atmosphere everyone could enjoy and remember for years to come.

Maximizing ROE for Your Business Events
Something we think about A LOT at akire is how to deliver a consistent Return On Experience, or ROE. It's more important to us than the typical metric, ROI. For those who don't live and breathe event production, ROE can be an elusive concept, but fortunately for you, we have the perfect example of ROE: Taylor Swift..
From her 4D stage setups to her dynamic choreography and flawless vocals, every aspect of Taylor's performances is meticulously crafted to deliver a return on experience like no other.
During her Eras Tour, Taylor not only took fans on a musical journey through her iconic eras but also encouraged them to become active participants in the spectacle. Fans are showing up dressed in attire representing their favorite Taylor Swift eras, swapping friendship bracelets with fellow Swifties, and attending the concert multiple times to relive the magic whenever possible. Taylor's Eras Tour isn't just about the music; it's about building a community of passionate fans who share a love for her artistry and the unforgettable memories created at her concerts.
We "taylor" (see what we did there?) our ROE for clients based on the goals of their event. We know we've succeeded when our clients hear from participants that they learned more than expected, had a paradigm-shifting experience, or hear months (and sometimes years) later that their participants are STILL talking about the event.
NASCAR Hall of Fame Museum in Charlotte, NC
How do we at akire productions "wind down"? By revving up for success at the NASCAR Hall of Fame Museum in Charlotte, NC!
Our team had a blast immersing ourselves in the world of racing, from iconic cars to legendary drivers, and the best part is we got to do it while in town for a site visit.
Site visits like this remind us of the power of stepping outside of our routine and embracing new experiences together. Plus, bonding over our shared passion for events makes every moment even sweeter.

Latest Event Technology
Emerging technology in the events space is all about deepening a sense of connection between event attendees and event content. Weâre excited about trends that facilitate ease of navigation and information sharing for guests, that allow us to tailor content delivery to speak to all four learning styles, and that up the ante for event activations and magic moments.
Seamless Experiences
Personalized NFC (Near Field Communication) badges make it possible for event guests to seamlessly share their information and establish new relationships within the event space. Custom event apps that provide moment to moment schedule updates, allow participants to customize their experiences, and add an additional layer of engagement to support their learning style. We find that Kinesthetic and Visual learners especially like having access to a tool that is beautiful and interactive.
Effortless Check Ins
Contactless check ins, directly from your participantsâ phones or laptops, sets a modern and easy tone for events. Not only is contactless check in a convenience for attendees and event staff, it allows guests to review their itinerary, make changes to their event schedule, and update any relevant information on their own time and free up event staff to be able to create deeper connections to guests that are looking for a more personal touch.
Innovative Activations
We are beyond excited for the way modern tech allows us to design and implement interactive experiences for event participants that leave them talking for months (and even years) after they leave. From facial recognition and expression interpretation to digital graffiti to immersive installations that incorporate light and color, sound, touch, and smell that are like stepping into another world, weâre able to create magical moments for our clients. This is especially important for auditory and read/write learners - they get an opportunity to listen and interact with content beyond listening to and taking notes
When Abby and Gabby get together for a team photo shoot, you know it's gonna be a blast! Behind-the-scenes moments like these are what make our akire productions family truly special.
