The week of Valentine’s Day: florists will be found bandaging their thorn pokes, clenching their teeth while positioning that one stem just right, over applying lotion on tired hands, eating handfuls of snacks when we can, and laying in bed contemplating our floral purchasing choices from the hours of midnight until 3am.

Would we have it any other way? Absolutely not!
