With our baby girl coming in less than a month. I am sad to announce that I will be going on maternity leave till… to be determined lol

Please though, it doesn’t hurt to ask about a small event you have in mind. Or if you have any questions. My email and inbox is always open and I promptly answer always!

I will be easing myself back into things before the holiday season starts, but let’s not think about the snow and the cold today. Unless it’s snow cones and cold beverages, cheers!

Somebody very special to me had a Dino-mite Birthday this past weekend and I was honoured to be asked to cater such an important milestone in his life! Raiden turned 2 and I’m too excited to be able to share this mouth watering display!

Thank you Pinterest for some awesome ideas! Everyone was in wow with the Dino theme!
Also a big thank you to my In-laws and my mother for helping me pull this huge order together! Poppa J did an amazing job on the dinosaur, love it!

I know it’s been a whole month since I’ve posted, but the baby wanted steak dinners and the yard wasn’t gonna summer-ize itself!

Know what’s good about moms, they’re used to sharing their cupcakes! Glad I got the privilege to brighten up a couple of family’s special MOM weekend!

These were my first floral bouquets! They turned out amazing! After practicing making different types of cupcakes for weeks and playing with my new piping kit to make this weekend perfect. Not just for these gifts, but for a very special birthday too! The kiddos got to choose their own toppings! What a fun, messy face way to serve dessert at a birthday!

Though I won’t be upset if I don’t have to look at another cupcake for the rest of the weekend, what I’ve learned after all this is, I CAN! I got out of my comfort zone and made cupcakes FROM SCRATCH and pipped buttercream… lots of buttercream. That’s right, no box cake here like I’ve used in the past for myself.

Super proud I pulled that all off in a day. With help, thanks to my hubby for helping me make the last batches of buttercream this morning. My arms thank you, babe!

Super bummed out that I forgot to take my brunch board picture yesterday. I had to make a small appy board with our dinner!
Those are some gigantic brussel sprouts. Seasoned and wrapped in bacon!
First time wrapping pastrami, not the easiest spreading cheese all inside. Totally worth it!

Unfortunately, I have yet to try to make Samosas, these were def store bought. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Made a special delivery to this gem last week! She wanted flavour, I gave her allll the flavour!
These Teriyaki Pineapple Meatballs were so delicious I had to make them again for my family for our Easter gathering along with my yummy mini cheese balls!

I tried these three flavours as well.
Orange Glaze
Peach Burbon (MY NEW FAV 🍑)
And Crème de La Vodka on my more savoury meatball recipe!
