Being a lover of all things food, I’ve been working on all different kinds of dishes over the last couple years. I’m opening my skills up and from now on we will be doing all types of food! It’s short track race season folks! Some tracks have done started, but for a lot of us, the famed 1/4 mile known as Bowman Gray Stadium starts this Saturday night! Starting NEXT SATURDAY I will be offering tailgate packages for any and all fans and crews of BGS. These can be picked up at the track.(1 weeks notice for all orders as they will be made to order)

It’s that time to start prepping for the Super Bowl! Bars, pool halls, private parties or just sitting at home with your family to watch the game, let us fix the wings for you! Smoked wings in your choice or a mix of:

Taking orders now to be ready for pickup on game day, February 12.

Hey guys! Just wanted to give a little update since I haven’t posted anything in quite a while. This has been a busy year and next year is gonna be even busier! Not just from a business aspect, but on a personal level as I will finally get to marry my best friend, Erica, in September! We do have some caterings booked for 2023 and we do still have dates open for 2023 as well, so if you’d like to book us, just give us a call or shoot us a message and we’ll be happy to work with you!

I know I usually do a Christmas cook, but we have decided to go visit Erica’s family in Wisconsin for Christmas and new year. We don’t get to see them near enough!

I will be doing a big wing cook for the Super Bowl again this year. We sold over 500 wings last year and I’d like to see that doubled this year! I hope everybody has an amazing Christmas and I can’t wait to cook for you again in the future!!!

Smoked wings have that unique smoke flavor with all the juices of fried wings. I’m trying to stay competitive with other wing places with these prices.

New year. New name, same great BBQ! I decided to change our name to something a little personal. A lot of my “elder” customers never understood the play on words of Notorious P.I.G. and I thought I needed a catchy name to get the attention of people, when in truth all I needed to do was create a reputation for having bbq that makes you want more. I feel like I have created that and I am proud of the food I serve and with that, it’s time for a name change. Expect more cooks and more great bbq throughout 2022! There are a lot of things in the works to make this brand bigger and better. Thank you to all of my customers who repeatedly trust in my work!
