VEGANUARY / NEW YEAR PRESSURES //
January tends to be a time people become more conscious of their daily habits and use of time, whether that be movement or what you’re eating. I encourage you for whatever reasons you deem important to prioritize packing your plates with plants, rather than using the new year to be restrictive, critical, and harsh on oneself. Filling your plates with vibrant plant based food is something we can do throughout the year at N&T!

We have a few additions and reappearances on our menus, some delicious takeaway nights coming up and nourishing but hearty salads, brunches, and hot bowls available daily.
We are closed 13th-20th Jan, but until then, come and stock up and see what our fellow local independents have to offer in .31burford

OUR RELOCATION TO BURFORD HIGH STREET
As some of you will already know, we have made the exciting decision to RELOCATE to a beautiful and familiar space, .31burford on Burford High street!
31burford is the home to a Cotswold based small business collective, so we will be in excellent company, in a space with plenty more room to freshly prepare mountains of our plant based gluten free seasonal dishes and bakes, locally roasted coffee and our huge salads.

I say familiar as it happens to be the place my aunt Lynn (a big personal influence and mentor for N&T / my passion for cooking) set up her first business, the OG Mrs Bumbles, 30 odd years ago. Alongside this decision being a game-changing opportunity for N&T in terms of visibility, space, and functionality, there is a nostalgic element to this, and being sentimental, I feel pretty soppy and very honoured!

More information is to be announced regarding opening and our offerings. There will be a quick turnaround, and we hope to open mid-July. We will be closing in Christmas Court on Sunday, 30th June for a speedy excavation and move. Come and make the most of the sun in the courtyard for our last week! We hope you’ll be as excited about this as we are, come and say hello to us down the road. No31 will be having an official launch party event in the coming weeks, although they are already operating, with a date TBA. Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm for N&T, it means so much and enables opportunities like this to come to fruition!
