What makes it possible for me to work 9 + hours in the office, drive 45 minutes each way, come home get dinner and then work in the yard and play fetch with the dog? Why thanks for asking. I wish I knew about Thrive sooner!
I was a huge skeptic who didn’t want to wear a “silly sticker”.

I thought the products were just loaded with caffeine and that’s how you get your energy, boy was I wrong. My full 3 steps has less caffeine then a regular cup of coffee.

My simple 3 steps are loaded full of vitamins, probiotics & prebiotics so thankfully it’s the only vitamins I need each day.

My 3 steps keep me from crashing & gives me more energy to keep up with my family and community involvement and my day time job. I am so thankful. 🫶

It will be a long day. Woke up way to early and couldn’t go back to sleep so I got up and took my 3 step Thrive. Now I’m working on errands and in a few it will be gym time. I’ll throw in Heat before I go to the gym.

Another successful day, even though I’m not done with to do items. Started my day with my 3 step and then added in Blast and Heat before my workout. I’m back to ride a bike so today I made it 40 minutes peddling. That may not seem like a lot to some but after my knee replacement I think it’s a great second ride after a year of not being able to.

Up bright and early this morning, but that’s not new. Took my 3 step (not new either) and then it was off to breakfast. Celebrating my son’s 16th birthday a day early.
