Our spring 2023 all-day catering menu is published and live!

When I began Roux Republic, I knew that I wanted to personally create all of our design and graphic elements. It’s not my strong suit, but I have a vision and some amateur skills! It might take a bit longer this way, but I’m dedicated (and maybe a bit stubborn 😂).
