I shared a little about the new Brilliance cookware line, but we have two other lines of nonstick cookware, as well - Signature and Stainless Steel.

- The nonstick cookware pieces have removeable handles, which means the pans can go in the oven and be easily stored by nesting.

While I’ve never met a carb I didn’t like, I am admittedly a bread ju**ie. I keep a stash of our mixes in the pantry for easy “homemade” breads any time the mood strikes! Bonus - the Stone Loaf Pan is a great product that cooks evenly every time (great for meatloaf, as well), and our dipping oils pair nicely with the Sourdough and Italian Herb breads! 💜👩🏻‍🍳🍞

What’s For Dinner Tonight, Weeknight Edition:

Shakshuka - as fun to make as it is to say! All three kids eat it, it’s full of nutrients, and it only takes about 25m to make (5m of actual activity) - perfect for when we had a doubleheader of volleyball and soccer practice. 💜👩🏻‍🍳

(I did have to make a couple of sunny side eggs to supplement, using my silicone egg turner, and 8 1/2 inch Brilliance nonstick fry pan!)

White Bean Shakshuka, inspired by Blue Apron

2T capers
5oz baby spinach
1/2lb grape tomatoes
1/2c cream
1T chili paste
2x 8oz cans tomato sauce
2x 15.5oz cannellini beans, drained
1T Italian seasoning
1/2c grated parm
2oz garlic & herb butter (I like Kerrygold’s)
Pitas
Eggs

- Preheat oven to 450°
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a baking dish
- Tightly cover with foil and bake for 20m
- Butter pitas, stack, wrap in foil
- Create wells in the veggie base with a spoon
- Crack egg into each well
- Bake Shakshuka and pitas for 5-7m
- Top with Parmesan and enjoy!

Another from Pampered Chef’s pantry. Chicken scampi with rice and peppers, using our scampi mix. Try it in mashed potatoes for a garlicky kick or a simple pasta by mixing with butter and pasta water. Mom tested, Ninja approved. 💜👩🏻‍🍳🥷

Whadya make and whadya use? Last night was chorizo tacos and cheesy potatoes - 3/3 kid-approved!

Look at how uniform the Rapid Prep Mandoline slices the veggies - and in different widths just by turning a dial! I also love the Mix ‘N Chop for breaking up ground meat, but it has plenty other uses, as well (scroll). Happy cooking! 💜👩🏻‍🍳

What’s for dinner tonight? A tried and true recipe from Blue Apron, this Thai chicken and noodles is not only super easy and quick to make, but I serve it deconstructed to the whole fam so they can be as picky as they want, but still get lots of protein and veggies!

What products do I use at home? If you follow, you likely know my love for my Garlic Press (with cute cleaning brush) and my Santoku knife - an entry level, coated version was just released for Spring’23 for those on a budget! 💜👩🏻‍🍳🍜
