My brand, logo, and pics have been removed from the old trailer.
Took 2 months and finally a FB post.
Should’ve been able to do it a year ago.
Still not sure how the health department cleared it with another business logo on the side, but not my problem anymore.
Good luck to the new owner.
Sorry if this has caused any misrepresentations, as I said, I’ve had no affiliation with that unit since I turned it over to the owners last year.

Once again it’s been brought to my attention that the previously leased food trailer is now in birch bay with my brand and my face still on it.
I’m in no way affiliated, nor given my permission to use my brand or my likeness.
Not my food, nor recipes.

Reef’n Beef will be closed for the foreseeable future until we get our own fully mobile unit to set our own schedule/events.

The leased trailer and site location were not a good fit for my business model and year round service, having missed the summer profits and required to be open all winter, robbing from Peter to pay Paul has come to an end, there is no more juice to squeeze.
Turning it over to the owners with a fresh remodel to move forward as they see fit and operate, since the trailer is committed solely to their business and not functional as a mobile unit per the health dept.

We will be focusing mainly on catering, large events, and have some great spots to build a following around the county, this time with a fully mobile bbq unit, setting my own schedule/location with heavy consideration to seasonal business volume and weather.

I’m down, but not out, with so many lessons learned along the way.

Thanks everyone for the support... and to my regulars, nothing but love, it was you that kept me open this long once the weather turned and everything started falling on its face.

Flat tire on the grocery getter, waiting on assistance, flat spare tire that I limped to an air compressor, then the dry rot valve stem blew out.
