Well 2023 was a great year and we want to thank everyone for all the support. You all have made our 2024 something great and some exciting new options!!!

While we will be doing our catering the truck will be grounded until warmer weather arrives. Thank you again and if anyone is in need of last minute catering ideas we are here for you. Not just waffles for our catering we offer a full individualized menu to fit your needs.

Avocado purée, oven roasted tomatoes and arugula with a fried egg and everything bagel seasoning $14

Waffle with fried egg, turkey or pork bacon and syrup $10

Cinnamon sugar with whipped cream and chocolate chips $5

Bacon Cheeseburger with season ground beef, turkey or pork bacon and our house blend cheese sauce

Shredded ranch chicken with pork or turkey bacon and a spicy Buffalo sauce drizzle

Lemon Curd with our homemade raspberry sauce topped with fresh berries

Bacon cheeseburger topped with house-blend cheese sauce and hickory smoked bacon lardons

Buffalo chicken: shredded with our homemade spicy Buffalo sauce and topped with ranch and or Bleu cheese crumble

Bacon Jam with arugula and blistered tomatoes with sriracha aioli

Lemon curd with house blend raspberry syrup and fresh berries

Oreo: House-blend Oreo cream with crumbles Oreo cookies and hot fudge

Cannoli: our own sweet cannoli filling topped with chocolate chips and crumbled cannoli shell

Whole waffles $15 (also available in long roll for savory options only)

With the weather change and a chill in the air we will now be offering both a turkey chili and a spicy vegetarian chili both served with a waffle wedge and cheddar cheese if desired $8/pint $15/quart
