Not going to lie, I let choosing a Halloween costume for my 2 year old stress me out a bit this year.

I used to LOVE dressing up for Halloween and had always imagined elaborate family costumes - but spoiler - that's like, so much harder when you have kid(s).

I've recently decided to not care so much (two years old is too early to be stressing about this), & now I'm planning on throwing cat ears on her and calling it a day. We recently adopted a black cat so they'll match, & it'll be super cute.

I listened to a fantastic podcast the other day from about Halloween House Rules.

This will be our first year taking our little one out trick-or-treating and they had some great ideas about making the whole process easier. It's definitely worth a listen, and they had tips for all aged kids.

We love this beautiful setup from using our Little Pumpkin banner last fall. Totally stunning!
