“in seed time learn, in harvest teach, in winter enjoy.” happy winter solstice everyone 🤍❄️✨ this time of year we are heading to the greenhouse and begin to start seeding full time - we can’t wait to share some new exciting crops we will be growing this year. Finishing up the dahlia diggin at the farm with the fox & hound! In t-shirts, on this glorious 65° day- we’ll take it! Tubers are looking happy and healthy with lots of worms and beneficial insects coming out of the soil, which is exactly what we like to see! Forest learned how to dig the tubers out safely & next we will go over how to divide the tubers for winter storage! Slowly but surely gathering a tuber collection for our little farm!

We are loving this autumn warm weather! Happy fall yall! 🍂🍁🌾 The farm is dwindling down and soon we will be digging out tubers and doing our fall prep work for next season! We are headed up north for some much needed r&r but we are planning on doing some fall wreaths when we get back - so be on the look out 👀
