2023 was lucky year for me having great new customers and also regular customers' repeats.
I'm happy to take the custom orders that make me challenge new things and gives me chance to open new world.
I hope 2024 will be another challenging year for me to improve myself as chef and also human.

Today’s sushi lunch party was in full of positive vibes at the house. Had sushi making class for kids and they enjoyed making sushi picking their favorite ingredients.
Moms and dads enjoyed beer with sushi sashimi plus duck breast teriyaki sauce and Japanese omlet(ahh losing chance to photo shoot).

Quarantine time gave me a lot of time to experiment my special sauce. I’m sushi chef but I cook meat and I love what I serve.

Here is one of the popular dish, Miso marinated lamb chop. Lamb is marinated with special miso based sauce. The sauce has honey, and onion. All the ingredients has protein degradation elements that makes meat surprisingly tender. Special texture is the one of the Wow factor and I love to see people’s reaction every time😁
.. next time I take it more pretty and Instagram friendly😂
