This should be a goal for everyone everyday. I try to live my life spreading kindness wherever I can. Where I struggle is always being kind to myself- as a single mom doing it all alone I have a hard time giving myself grace. I am learning. I am doing my best to grow into the woman I want my girls to grow to be.. where they are KIND to themselves and give themselves permission to make mistakes and learn from them with self love. On this kindness day I challenge you to be kind to all. Kind to a stranger. Kind to your family. Kind to animals. Kind to workers. And kind to you🩵
