What a wild day we had! Thank you to all who attended and volunteered! We’re all looking forward to next year!

Sweet Clover Flowers and Gifts loaned us the props to create a beautiful picnic setting. Quite a few of you took advantage and used the setting for a photo shoot! Please share them with us 👇😍

It’s today!! Here’s the itinerary:

🌸 arrive by 1pm ~ meet and greet
🌸 2pm - 6pm ~ tarot card reading, boho hairstyles, 15 minute massage and 20 minute reiki sessions (spaces are limited so be sure to look for the sign up sheets)
🌸 2pm ~ sexy floor movements
🌸 3pm ~ burlesque routine (you’ll need your camping chair, a hoodie or jacket that zips up and a pair of gloves)
🌸 5pm ~ yoga (bring a yoga mat if you’d like)
🌸 6pm ~ dinner (bring your own food and drink and if you’d like, you can bring a dish to share)
🌸 7pm ~ setting up the tents for those who are camping overnight
🌸 8pm ~ fire starting ceremonies

Do you play an instrument? Slam poetry? Are you a comedian? Lend us your talents around the fire. Feel free to bring lawn games as well!

There will be no goods sold and all activities provided by our female entrepreneurs are offered on a volunteer basis 🥰

To our volunteers ~ be sure to bring your business cards!!

With that being said, for those who wish to attend are free to share what they can, if they’d like (but absolutely not necessary). Baked goods, pickled delights, salads, devilled eggs, mocktails/cocktails, whatever you’d like to contribute.

What to bring:
🌸 your own food and drink to last the duration of your stay and a cooler with ice to keep them cool. All cold, ready to eat foods or anything to roast over the fire.
🌸 bubba for your drinks
🌸 camping chair
🌸 bathing suit, towel, water shoes
🌸 sunscreen and bug spray
🌸 tent, pillows, blankets if you wish to camp overnight
🌸 warm clothing in case it cools down overnight
🌸 yoga mat (optional)
🌸 gloves and jacket if you’d like to learn a little burlesque routine

What will be provided:
🌸 paper plates and napkins
🌸 garbage/recycling bags
🌸 portable outhouse with toilet paper
🌸 hand sanitizer

A shuttle service is available from 12 noon until 2pm to get to Lady Fest. It will be available again from 7pm-9pm to return home.

is 100% free but the shuttle service will cost $10 each way.

Those wishing to join us for entertainment, discussions, and dancing around the fire should bring the following items: tent, pillow, blanket, warm clothing, bug spray, camping chair, and snacks to roast over the fire. Are you a performer or a writer? While we dance around the fire, bring your musical instrument, your voice, and your words to offer.
