(PER EVENT AND FOR THE SEASON)
(DRIVER AND NON DRIVER OPTIONS)
(VOLUNTEER BASED, NO CASH PAYMENT)
Hey everyone. All volunteers must be able to be available from 10am to 10pm on Saturday and 10 to 5pm Sunday to help with the event.
We are looking for
*Cone runners/track prep during event x5
*Media spotter/track sweep x4
*Judges for future events next year
What will you get for Volunteering?
(Non driver)
*Free Lunch
*Drinks provided during volunteer hours
*Free entry wristband for a friend x2
*Free camping for 3 people( 2 friends plus you)
*Awesome views while being on track
*** Volunteer 3 weekends get a free 4 pack pass for an event
(Drivers)
*Volunteer 2 full weekends= free driver pass for a weekend (2 days plus camping pass)
*Free entry for 2 friends/ free camping
*Free seat time for judges while open drift
*Lunch and drinks provided
*Break time for ride alongs

The areas of need for each shift are stated below. I will go over each duty more in detail the day of as well as delegate duties. The list below gives overview of each title
**If there are enough we can rotate to be easier
Track maintenance- keeping track free of debris and cones as well as assisting other areas
Media spotter/ cone runner each shift (must be 18 years old…would be on track keeping media safe by watching and acknowledging any safety concerns while on track as well as replacing any cones on track which may get knocked out of placement from drivers hitting them
