Bittersweet post but we are selling the small trailer 😭
Equipment includes - black stone flat top, Santa Maria style grill, bottom fed smoker, two full size cutting boards mounted on the trailer, room for full size hotel pans with burners underneath for steam wells/warming station, or burners can be left off for a cold station, 3 compartment sink & storage space. Holds 2 propane tanks with lines feeding to burners & flat top.

For all of those that are new to our page or have been following since the beginning, we are Ignis (ig-nees) Provisions. We specialize in live fire cooking, private dining, wine club pick ups, and more!
Chef Daniel Cortez has been cooking for 17 years in various wineries/restaurants in the Bay Area and The Valley.
Chef Bri Cortez has been cooking/baking for 8 years while she also handles all the admin for the business. She is the one that you most likely are talking to when booking events!
Ignis became a company amidst COVID when both were unemployed due to the pandemic. Ever since, they have had the chance to meet such wonderful wine makers, chefs, families that enjoy their cooking.
