Today is National Amaretto Day! Here is a simple amaretto sour recipe to help you celebrate.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. amaretto liqueur
1 oz. simple syrup
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1 orange slice
1 maraschino cherry

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine amaretto, simple syrup and lemon juice.
2. Shake and strain into glass filled with ice.
3. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Hey, y'all! 👋 We're finally all back from our vacations.

Kelsey and her fam took a cruise out of Miami and spent some time in the Bahamas. 🚤 My {Casey} family enjoyed our time at an all inclusive resort in Riviera Maya. 🌴 And while we both loved that time with our families in those beautiful locales, these two Texas girls are happy to be back...back home...back to you...back to The Vagabond Cantina! 💙

We are Kelsey & Casey, owners of The Vagabond Cantina and sisters for the past 31 years! 🎉 Our hope is to provide a fun, unique and beautiful experience for your next event and we cannot wait to come along for the ride. If you hang around us long enough, you'll quickly learn that we are big fans of The Margarita! 😋 So there's no way we'd let the very special and near to our hearts National Margarita Day pass without showing some margarita LOVE. 💚

Grab you favorite tequila and whip up one of these super easy margaritas.

Ingredients:
2 oz. reposado tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz. agave nectar
margarita salt
1 lime wedge

Instructions:
1. Reserve one of the juiced limes to rim the glass. Run the lime around the rim.
2. Spread the margarita salt on a small plate. Dip the rim into the salt, making sure to cover the entire rim.
3. In a shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice and agave nectar. Add ice and shake for 45 seconds.
Add ice to the glass and pour the cocktail over.

Or you can head over to you favorite Tex-Mex joint and order something delicious from their menu. Our vote goes to the Cadillac Rita at Gringo's Katy. 😍 OH yeah...and treat yourself to a taco or two, cause it's also Taco Tuesday! 🌮🥳
