Yokozuna’s real name was Rodney Anoa’i and he was 34 when he died.

Happy 66th birthday to Jake "the snake" Roberts(real name Aurelian Smith Jr).

Jakes father was a wrestler(Grizzley Smith) who was known to like underage girls.

Before Jake was born his father left the bed of his girlfriend,went into her daughters room and r***d her aged just 12.

That girl got pregnant and the baby was Jake!

Jake suffered both physical and sexual abuse from his step mother whilst growing up and his sister ran off with an older man in his 50s when she was just 18.

The man's ex wife then kidnapped and killed Jakes sister but refused to tell the family where the bodie was.

Jake has struggled with drug and alcohol addiction his whole life,he has had his ups and downs but is currently doing well and is back making appearances at wrestling shows.

To the man who didn't need a title to be a fan favourite we thank you for the childhood memories.

22 years ago today "Raw is Owen" was aired.

A tribute to Owen Hart who sadly died live on PPV the night before whilst performing a stunt.

RIP Owen Hart

Owen tragically died 22 years ago today when his harness malfunctioned whilst performing a stunt where he was lowered from the ceiling.

Owen tragically fell over 70 feet and would have landed on the referee if he didn't shout to warn him.

As Owen was falling to his death his last words were "get out of the way"!

Just think about that for a second...

He wasn't screaming for his life,he knew he was dead but he didn't want to kill someone else and a friend in the process!

The spooky thing about all of this is that the PPV show this happened on was called "OVER THE EDGE".

Owen was the youngest of 12 children from the legendary Canadian family the Harts,son of former wrestler and promoter Stu Hart and baby brother to Bret "the hitman" Hart.

All of the boys grew up to be wrestlers and all of the girls grew up to marry wrestlers.

You could say it was in their blood.

Rest easy Owen and thank you for the memories ❤

On this day in 1996 the infamous "curtain call" happened at a wwf house show.

Shaun Michaels,HHH,Razor Ramon and Diesel broke "kayfabe" and united in the ring when their characters had been feuding as Razor and Diesel were leaving to go to WCW.

With Michaels being the champion the only one left to punish was HHH so he became Vinny Macs target.

He done alright in the end though....
