Planning an event isn’t as easy as it seems, but if you put in the work of planning ahead of time , and even having back up plans and a back up plan for your back up plan. It really saves a lot of time. It becomes more affordable in the sense that if an unforeseen circumstance arises. There is no need for you to spend money out of your budget as you have already planned for it .
