MEAT the TEAM: 👋 If you’ve been into the butchery lately, chances are you’ve meet TYLER, our butchery Manager.

Tyler started out as an apprentice at his local supermarket before moving into home kill where he upped his skills to the next level. He now manages the day to day running of Butterfly & Scotch! (definitely keeping him busy!) 🥩🥩🥩

Hobbies: cooking brisket & breaking down carcasses (that’s like disassembling a car for a mechanic 😉)
Fav meat: pork ribs & brisket 😋
