👖 Jeanuary Coordinate Contest 👖
DEADLINE TO ENTER: JANUARY 30TH, 11:59 PM PT

Join us for a month-long ode to denim in J-fashion by participating in our Jeanuary J-oordinate Contest. You must submit your coordinate photo via our Google Form to formally enter the contest, but feel free to also post your coordinate shots to Instagram or in our Discord server in the coord-share channel.

All styles of J-fashion are welcome and encouraged! You may enter as many different coordinates as you wish. After the submission deadline on January 30th, the Bay Area Kei team will choose their favorite J-oords, and crown this year’s ReJeant to receive some denim-themed prizes! We will also be hosting a special livestream on Twitch on Saturday, February 1st to review your submissions.

👖 Jeanuary Charity Drawing 👖
Bay Area Kei is based in the United States, and with the new presidential term approaching, we are bringing back our virtual charity drawings to help raise funds for causes that we believe in.

HOW TO ENTER:
There are TWO ways you can enter the drawing. Completing each one counts one individual entry, for a maximum of two entries per entrant.

1️⃣) Charitable Donation
Make a non-transferable/non-refundable donation of any amount to any of the following charities:
- American Civil Liberties Union
- National Network of Abortion Funds
- Transgender Law Center

To enter via this method, you must submit an image of the receipt via the Prize Drawing Submission Form. You may donate as much as you want to as many of the charities listed, but we will only issue a maximum of one entry.

2️⃣) Share on Social Media
To enter via this method, you must:
- Re-post the first image of this post on your Instagram main feed and tag us (your profile must be public)
- Share Bay Area Kei’s original charity drawing Instagram post in your Instagram stories
- Submit a link to your Instagram post to the Prize Drawing Submission Form

The deadline to submit entries is January 30th, 11:59 PM PT. Winners will be chosen via random drawing. We will be announcing our drawing winners via Twitch livestream on February 1st.

Feeling blue about the upcoming year? Maybe even a little distressed? Us too! For Jeanuary 2025, Bay Area Kei will be hosting a virtual denim-themed shopping event, denim-themed coordinate contest, and bringing back virtual charity drawings in support of causes that we believe in.

Our virtual market will feature vendors selling denim-themed J-fashion items and will be open starting January 25th, 12 PM PT. More information about vendor releases will be disclosed closer to the virtual market date!

JEANUARY 2025 👖

Jeanuary is a virtual event that celebrates denim, featuring a timed vendor release and a themed coordinate contest! Vendors may participate by releasing denim, chambray, or indigo J-fashion items during a designated time.

Jeanuary virtual market vendors are expected to release items/pre-orders on their webstores on January 25, 12 PM PT.

In addition, we're also hosting a virtual charity drawing benefiting the ACLU, the National Network of Abortion Funds, and the Transgender Law Center. Vendors and artists who are interested in donating prizes/commissions to the charity drawing should fill out the separate submission form!
