So yesterday my postman delivered the brand new Jordan Red album, Hands That Built the World"! This is going straight in my CD player and it's going to be EPIC!

I've been a fan ever since I heard the first demo of Beautiful Monsters and I'm so awesomely chuffed that the band's hard work, faith and dogged determination has paid off. The result in this gem of an album. See you on tour somewhere next year!

It's International Women's Day and we thought we'd take this time to talk about our single 'Rock Lives In My Soul' that we released last summer. The lyrics dealing with sexism in the music industry were mostly written by our backing vocalist Nyah Ifill, and it came as no surprise to us that when we asked more women about their own experiences, they all had similar stories. As seen from the response to this single, there are still people out there who refuse to believe that sexism is still prevalent in the rock genre, because they haven't personally seen it themselves. It's important to keep sharing these experiences and help to call out unwanted behaviour in our community.

Power to bass player and surrogate manager Becky Baldwin Bass (centre) for making the misogynists in the industry roll their eyes and moan "I've got to talk business, with a WOMAN?"

We can achieve the most when we work together ✊ there is still a long way to go but we believe there are enough fans who understand the roots and true spirit of rock n roll!
