We have had some new followers here lately so I thought I would introduce myself and Dahlia and de Renzy.

My name is Frances and I run Dahlia and de Renzy. I am a redhead completely obsessed with flowers and anything with orange and copper tones ( maybe that’s something to do with the hair?!) With the help of lots of cups of tea I’ve created Dahlia and de Renzy to bring together floristry and floriography.

Dahlia and de Renzy is based on stewardship to nature and to our clients. We aim to be as sustainable as possible, championing British flowers and growers and supporting the local community. We are completely led by the seasons working in collaboration with nature and not against it. We are also ambassadors, helping to educate the local community on sustainable practices to take into the wonderful churches in our local area.

Inspired by the language of flowers we create sentimental and unique designs for our clients, holding their emotions right at the centre of every design. Every project is carefully thought out creating designs that go beyond just being beautiful but also are deeply personal.

A beautiful, big urn with tulips shooting through like fireworks. The crazy tulips and soft spirea and viburnum add a fun contemporary twist to a traditional wedding urn!

ORANGE PARROT TULIPS ~ survival and energy

Last May these orange parrot tulips brought all the drama. Parrot tulips symbolise a survival against the odds, as their unique and mutated petals burst through the ground. Combined with orange symbolising energy and a zest for life, they really the zing into Spring.
