Sear Woodfire Grill offers on-site catering across San Diego and its surrounding counties. With our Santa Maria style open-pit grill, we can accommodate most venues, parks, and residences. Make no mistake… this is not “smoked barbecue”. We sear our meats and vegetables directly over locally sourced red and white oak which gives our cuisine a distinct flavor, without overpowering our incredible hand-made marinades. Choose one of our themed menus or create your own with our founder and executive chef, Kyle Polis, who has 15 years of catering experience and over 500 weddings under his belt!
