We hope you are all well.
The Southern Meeting in September was such a success, we are excited to announce it is set to return this summer on 30th July 2022!
When?

Where?
Last year we welcomed 380 people to the Porchester Hall, but with a huge waiting list. So this year we were confident to go bigger and better… at The Lindley Hall, part of the Royal Horticultural Halls collection.
This stunning venue, which has a history spanning over 100 years and has hosted royalty and legendary stars, has a capacity of 680 people. We will be aiming for 450 guests to allow for plenty of space to dance! RHH has never been used for a reeling ball before, but has been specifically chosen because of its beautiful glass-vaulted ceiling. See attached photo.
Ticket price?
£110 per person
What’s involved?
There will be an open bar all evening serving a selection of wines, beer, whiskey, and soft options. We will be raising money for Borderline, whose details can be found here: https://www.borderline-uk.org. Our ambition is to raise £5,000.
Timings are as follows:
8pm - Champagne and Canapés Reception
8.45pm - First Reel
1.30am - Auld Lang Syne
2am - Final Carriage
How do I get a ticket?
We were overwhelmed by the positive demand for tickets last year, and have a fair system of ticket allocation in place.
Please apply from today until 30th April 2022 by emailing [email protected].

Tables will be sold as either 8 or 16 people and we do ask that you bring evenly balanced tables.
Table applications will be confirmed on 30th April and the payment deadline for tables will be 30th May. Please note, if payment is not received by this date, you will lose your table.
If you are not successful, DO NOT WORRY! We will create a waiting list and tickets will be re-allocated from 30th May.
