This Vegan & Gluten free street food classic from the streets of Mumbai.
Spiced mashed potato is dipped in a batter and deep-fried until crisp, before being placed inside a roll spread with tamarind chutney. The ghati masala sprinkled over the top is optional, but adds a burst of toasty, fiery flavours to the sandwich.
Multiple times this question is asked from all my customers and today I am going to explain in steps it’s easy 4 steps you need to follow.

If you want a change from the stereotype roti, then try out this Gujarati Pad Wali Roti, frequently prepared during the mango season to enjoy with aamras (mango pulp). Though the ingredients remain similar to that of rotis, it’s the method of rolling them in pairs makes it special.
The speciality of this roti is that it has two thin layers. A layer is called pad in Gujarati and hence the name Gujarati Pad Wali Roti or Be padi rotli or Two layer Roti
The thin Pad wali Rotis are cooked only on a griddle and not on an open flame like, It is a little tricky to have the right thickness of the rotis and requires some practice. Try to make them as thin as possible.

"Sizzler" is a open-roasted, grilled or shallow fried piece of meat, chicken, fish or vegetable patty, served with french fries, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, carrots, french beans etc., served on a metal or stone hot plate, kept on a wooden base. The word "sizzler" comes from the sizzle that one hears when, after heating the dish under a grill.
The secret of the perfect sizzler, apparently depends on the precise temperature of the metal platter.
