Down South will be cooking butts for Christmas! Let us know if you’d like one. Pick up will be 12/24 (11am-1pm) on Isle of Hope.
We also have our Down South BBQ Sauce available as well as cowboy candied jalapeños! Cutoff for butt orders is 12/23 at noon. Email [email protected].

Down South Catering is firing up the smoker and cooking butts! Let us know if anyone needs something last minute for Thanksgiving or for the weekend. $35 for 10lb butt. Cutoff for ordering is 10am Wednesday. Pick up on Isle of Hope Thursday between 9am-noon.
