is awful glad to be off work and pushing his way to ELECTRIC PINES MUSIC FESTIVAL. Where me, other me A merrytime archivist and Gratefully Deadicated DJ will fill a yurt with hippy jam DJ sets for as many hours as we can possibly manage. Come on down, bring your buds, toys, and shenanigans' we'll get silly, and spin around in circles for hours on end.

Figured it was about time i stopped archiving so hard and put in some time at the ol phishin' department. Playing The Nest Stage @ Future Forest was a blast, best place to play an afternoon set, so many folks around, and whether they were sweating on the dance floor or chilling in the river they were all smiling :)

Can't freakin' wait to spin some tunes for y'all Sunday afternoon, got a lovely Phish dream set i've been slowcooking up for many months to get your hearts a thumpin and your feet moving.

I'm not sure if y'all know this, but my sets are made up of 100% tracks that I was in the audience for live.

At the moment, that gives me 178 different Phish songs, from 14 shows to choose from.

We got some swell news this week. Phish is playing Bangor, July 16th this summer. Me and a lovely crew of buds will be heading down.

Which means....

I'll have even more songs and memories to share with y'all at late summer festivities.

Felt like sharing my excitement.

Department of Phisheries is one serious phan’s efforts to share the memories, magic, and music of Phish with festival goers all across the eastern seaboard and further….
A grizzled festival season veteran, having attended and helped out in many facets over the years, he wanted to share his love of music in a fresh, and exciting way, and this project is a way to show folks what drives him creatively.
Already having shared his penchant for recording live shows, and creating DJ sets with the recordings as a merrytime archivist, his ear is always to the ground, and to the sky, simultaneously.
