Parrain’s Smokehouse, LLC Parrain’s Smokehouse is the perfect blend of Cajun flare and Texas style cooking! Cooking is my passion from competition to gatherings with family and friends.

Parrain pronounced “pa-ran”
This name is used in Cajun families to refer to the Godfather. 15 years ago I was given the honor to become Emmalee’s Parrain, and from that day on I have always been just that, hence the name Parrain’s Smokehouse. It’s simple for me...I enjoy putting smiles on faces with my home cooked dishes.

Ok....family and friends I will be firing up the smoker this weekend.....are you planning for that big event or Easter get together.(Family or friends coming over, company party or just to stock up your freezer).

You buy the brisket...you pay me $50 and I will trim, season, smoke low and slow (16 to 18 hours), vacuum seal the whole brisket and give you reheating instructions so it will be just like I pulled it off the pit.

Cook Date:

Brisket - 4/9/22 pick up date 4/10/22

All Briskets need to be unfrozen and at my place the day before cook date (Friday).

Get your smoked meats just in time for the holidays! Let us do the cooking for you!
