Ok....family and friends I will be firing up the smoker this weekend.....are you planning for that big event or Easter get together.(Family or friends coming over, company party or just to stock up your freezer).

You buy the brisket...you pay me $50 and I will trim, season, smoke low and slow (16 to 18 hours), vacuum seal the whole brisket and give you reheating instructions so it will be just like I pulled it off the pit.

Cook Date:

Brisket - 4/9/22 pick up date 4/10/22

All Briskets need to be unfrozen and at my place the day before cook date (Friday).

Get your smoked meats just in time for the holidays! Let us do the cooking for you!

Calling all family and friends... Parrain’s Smokehouse will be competing in the chili Cook-Off at Yaga Chili Quest in Galveston on Jan 15th...Come out and support us and indulge yourself in some great Chili.

Christian Life Church would like to say Thank You to Jerry Rivera with Parrain's Smokehouse, John Kyle with Cavern Solutions, Inc., Billy Boswell with Maverick Industrial Contractors LLC, Sheridan Peschel with Maverick Industrial Contractors LLC, Greg Boswell with Maverick Industrial Contractors LLC, Rance Taylor & Trey Goudeau for the hot dogs, chilli & sausage links you prepared both Saturday and Sunday for us to serve to our town of Vinton and our surrounding towns. You all went above and beyond what we were expecting. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your weekend & spending the money you spent to prepare this for us to serve. Not only did you provide us with TONS of excellent cooked meat to serve, you also provided us with the bread, the shredded cheese, the condiments that go with hot dogs, the to-go containers to serve the food in & the silverware. We are extremely grateful and touched by the selflessness your group showed us. Hurricane Laura wrecked and devasted our town. It is groups such as yours that allow us to see we will come out of this. Your kindness puts a smile on our faces even in the midst of this terrible ordeal we are in. Thank you!❤
