🎧 Siren Sounds: Open Deck Event!🎧

Join us on the 19th October, 1PM-10PM at Canned Heat for our first-ever all female and non-binary Open Deck event. Whether you’re a newcomer ready to hit the decks or an experienced DJ looking to vibe, we hope to see you there! We thought there was no better time than after the launch of our mentorship programme - come down early to secure a slot✨

Come through to network, showcase your skills, or just have a boogie! 💃 Connect with fellow DJs, learn more about our mission, and celebrate the talent in our community. 🚨 Exciting Announcement! 🚨

For the past 10 weeks, we’ve been quietly working on something special. Siren Sounds is thrilled to launch our mentorship program, and we couldn’t be prouder of our two amazing female mentees who have been learning the art of DJing! Welcome Ellie (Dj Vanella) and Gem to the Siren family🎧✨

From mastering Rekordbox to nailing transitions, our weekly face to face workshops cover everything you need to know to rock the decks. We’ve loved seeing our mentees grow in confidence and skill, and one of our mentees has already smashed her very first set at Cannes heat!! We can’t wait to share their progress with you soon. Stay tuned for announcements about their upcoming set with us! 💿🔥

We’re passionate about empowering more women to pursue DJing in a supportive environment. If you have a love for music and want to join our squad, we’d love to have you. Sessions can last 6-12 weeks, tailored to your pace and progress. Plus, enjoy cozy chai tea and a home setup with all the gear you need.

We have got our lovely friends joining us all the way from London with their heavily stack set up with Void and Martin Audio powered by FFA & Lab Gruppen - you know they’re gonna have the place shakiiin 🤝 These guys have been smashing it with both sound and events and have more recently been known for powering the Homebass pop ups 👀

Remeber the event will run from 3pm -11pm on the 6th of July. Expect to hear a range of underground music from House, Speed Garage, 140, 4x4, D&B & eveything inbetween. Next week honestly can’t come quick enough!!

Happy International Women’s Day to all the amazing Women out there 🧜🏼‍♀️❤️

Today marks two years since we first launched Siren Sounds. Aside from the sets/events creating a strong community of female/nb artists that motivate and inspire each other has always been at the heart of what we do.

We’re so privileged to be surrounded by such a strong & talented women. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you all. There is still so much do be done in making the scene a more inclusive and SAFE place for women to flourish, however, we hope that us as a brand can continue to contribute change to a much bigger issue. We are so excited for El Dorado festival and not long to go now…🌞🔊

We have decided to showcase some of our amazing residents with a multi-genre mash up of ghetto, electro, 140s, breaks, jungle and of course mainly some naughty dnb! We always love playing for and this opportunity knocks them all out the park, feeling super grateful🤍💜

Introducing Ed with Dreads…

Ed has a unique style which is down to mixing a range of different genres such as progressive house, speedy G, dub-step & dnb. He is looking to bring out some shella productions soon so keep a look out for them! He has been heavily involved with bootleg events a local brand in Leeds as well as playing with the likes of Dazed and Worried about Henry. He will even be supporting ShyFX in Hull on the 2nd March!

🚘 WATCH THE RIDE 🚘

We were absolutely over the moon to hear that were coming to Leeds and even more excited when we found out we were supporting them! With their hit EP ‘Mash up the dance’ featuring .nia and some other personal favourite release such as ‘Time’s up’ , there is no doubt that these three are a powerhouse💥💥

will be opening 11pm-12am, we are so happy to be playing alongside her and her dark 140 flavours, look out for her debut tune with 🙌🏻🙌🏻
